1 and a half months after service activation still not possible to log into my account

Hi

Full Fibre 900 activated on 18th March, can't log into my account since then. 3 very long calls to CS on 3 different days ranging weeks apart resulted in promises only that the problem will be solved within 3 days. We are now close to the end of April and still can't log in, error states try again later. CS said the activation job is still open on their end and they don't know why and what. The service have been working without any issues since day 1 (18 March).

No need to cross post on more than one forum as all the regulars read the new questions/comments.

Apart from the occasional moderator we are all just customers like you so cannot provide a solution only suggestions.

You can only solve this by going through the channels, some people suggest the best course of action is to direct message via the Vodafone Facebook page.
